Did You Know?, If a seller receives a Detailed Seller Ratings of less than 5 stars they will be significantly penalized by eBay. You may think that giving a seller a DSR rating of 4 stars is reasonable - but eBay's feedback system and defect count system treats anything less than 5 stars as sub-standard and penalizes sellers.
