Delivery

Payment reaches us immediately.
We dispatch within 3 working days to your listed eBay address.
If you need a different address, add it to your eBay account before buying.
Once shipped, we send an Item Dispatched email with tracking.
Check estimated delivery under the postage and payment tab.
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, and other charges are buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

If you’re not 100% happy, we accept returns for a full refund if you request within 14 days from purchase. Requests after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Before arranging a return, follow this checklist:

If you receive incomplete, broken, damaged or faulty parts, message us — we may be able to replace parts without a full return.
Ensure the product is unused, complete, and safely wrapped in original packaging. Tags should be intact. Replace the outer bag if needed.
Stick the returns address label over the original label.
Include a return note with your name, address, username, and reason for return.
Items not packaged or labeled correctly won’t be accepted through returns routes.

Before opening a case on eBay, check your purchased items in My eBay, locate the item, and contact us from there. Provide as much detail as possible so we can assist within 24–48 hours.

For wrong size orders: 25% restocking fee if you want a refund. Replacement possible subject to $20 courier charge, plus buyer must send the jacket back to us.
