Installation Steps Of Drive Shaft

1.Clean the connecting surfaces of the gearbox, drive axle and drive shaft thoroughly to remove oil, rust and impurities.

2.Align the spline of the drive shaft with the spline sleeve of the gearbox, and insert it smoothly without forced impact.

3.Install the connecting flange and fasten the bolts in a crisscross order with the specified torque.

4.Install the universal joint bearing cover and locking parts, and check the tightness of all fasteners.

5.Rotate the drive shaft manually to ensure it runs smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise.

Installation Precautions

• Do not damage the spline and sealing surface during installation to avoid oil leakage and abnormal wear.
• All fasteners must be tightened to the standard torque, and loose parts are strictly prohibited.
• Ensure the universal joint is installed in the correct direction to prevent abnormal operation of the drive shaft.
