We use ‘stock photography’ but, to manage expectations, please be aware that these items are not in a ‘brand new’ condition and this is reflected in the big price savings.

 

Apologies in advance but we are not able to provide pictures of the exact item or give specific information on the items fault and/or condition.

 

Please be aware that:

 

Items with cosmetic damage will have markings that do not affect their performance.

This includes, but is not restricted to, dents and deep scratches to one or more of the sides, scuffs, scratches and evidence of testing.

 

All electrical items have been safety tested by our engineers who work to strict criteria for assessing cosmetic and mechanical condition - any items which fall outside these criteria are not listed on eBay.

 

 

Returns

 

A refund is offered on any item where the return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.

 

Items must be unused and returned with the original packaging.

 

Workshop repair items will be collected, repaired and sent back to the sender.

 

Other items will be repaired on-site.

This warranty does not include non-mechanical faults and a charge will be applied if a call-out results from item misuse.
