Non UK deliveries are only send via the Global System provided by eBay as they handle the tax if any due to your location ! Tracked service is always used because without it once dispatched I have no control over it and if item is lost in transit it cannot be tracked. I only use Tracked service to comply with eBay guidelines to protect buyers and sellers.   Due many claims for lost parcels I will not send by any other way other than tracked or recorded mail, I do not send to PO box address, so please do not ask as refusal often offends.
