These are our Packed Hard Dried Figs (Anjeer), which come in a variety of weights from 250 g to 5 kg. They are organic and natural, i.e. don't have any synthetic substance which improves their appearance and taste and were cultivated with respect towards the environment and human labour. They need to be soaked in water to extract their juice and then can be consumed as they are.
