For purchases and shipments outside the EU, please note that customs charges may apply. In that case, duties and all resulting costs must be paid by the buyer. The amount of these costs cannot be detailed as they are not known until the goods are released by Customs.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 working days from the date of sale, according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The original packaging and sales invoice must be kept for any return.

Consumables or wear parts such as bulbs, brake pads or discs, filters, wipers, tires, ECUs, modules, and electrical material are not eligible for return.

The Customer must indicate their intention to withdraw from the contract through the contact form. Once the withdrawal has been authorized, the customer must send the product prepaid, in the same packaging and conditions as it was received. All our products are duly marked with labels, seals, and our own engravings to ensure correct traceability of the product; breaking these seals invalidates the warranty and right of return. Once the product is inspected and verified as not tampered with, the refund of the product price will be issued never the shipping costs, using the same payment method.
