For your consideration is a three-yard continuous length of Imperial Broadcloth fabric. It is 45" wide.  It is a bright white.  I assume that it is a cotton / polyester blend, as I researched and found most if not all Imperial broadcloth is a blend.  Perfect for baby garments, children's clothes and nightwear/lingerie.

It is in excellent condition.  This was an estate sale purchase (of an heirloom-sewing seamstress) and has been kept in my always-climate-controlled home since I purchased it.  The former owner wrote on the very edge of the fabric what it was (I have a few other heirloom fabrics that she wrote on the edge/selvedge).  From a smoke-free home.

Buyer pays exact calculated shipping within the U.S. (no handling fee).  The package will weigh 1 lb.  I apologize for the high shipping charge - USPS has raised their rates again.  The calculated price is exactly what they charge at the post office.
