This is a size (tag says 16 x 32/33; armpit to armpit is 25 1/2 inches; top of the shoulder to the bottom is 33 inches) blue multi stripe cotton (style says Yarmouth) long sleeve button front shirt from Polo Ralph Lauren.  The shirt has been lightly worn and is in good condition with no marks, holes, stains,etc. Thanks!
