Kuro is an older leader thst allows you to control your opponents boards and restand himself to swing in for big damage. Using cards like Buggy will give Kuro double attack. Use cards like Arlong or Lord of the Coast to rest your opponents leader amd characters. Want to play multiple bodies? Try the Sham and Buchi combo that not only play each other but rest a 2c and then KO it.

In terms of upgrading, there are some cards in OP14 that help breath new life into the deck and give the "resting" strategy some much needed improvements such as Shanks, Yosuke, and a new counter event.

This deck is pretty simple in terms of what it wants to do and with the game having a bunch of leaders to play, you'll definitely catch some folks off guard with how aggressive it can be.
