About Us 

The Prince of Wales Hospice has been providing care to people with a life-limiting illness since 1989. Our services are available to any adult from the Five Towns area of the Wakefield District. 

 

We care for patients with any life-limiting illness, including cancer, motor neurone disease and chronic heart and lung disease. Our care also extends to the carers and families of our patients by providing therapy services and bereavement support.

Payment  

Please complete payment of your order as soon as possible. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, we will cancel your order and relist the item, unless you have contacted us and we have agreed to extend the deadline. 

 

Postage 

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment received. We are only able to dispatch items to the address provided on your eBay account, therefore please make sure this address is correct. Items bought late Fridays Saturdays & Sundays will be posted Monday/Tuesday.

If you would like international shipping, please contact us and this can be arranged.

 

Collection 

All items are available to collect, item must be added to your cart to access the collection button.

If you are collecting an item, please contact us after making payment in order to confirm arrangements. We do not work weekends, however items can be collected on weekends, if contacted. 

 

We are happy for you to organise your own courier but please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage or loss in transit in these circumstances. Couriers must be booked for Monday - Friday ONLY 9am - 4:30pm. 

 

Returns 

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days in accordance with eBay returns rules. 

All return item requests should be raised through the eBay returns centre and sent back to 34 Albion Street, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 1EN.
