Captain Rizz is British musician and community organiser who ran for Parliment several times as the Rizz Party candidate. He was  vocalist for Hawkwind from 1997 to 2000.  Rizz is responsible for for Hawkwind's "Space Reggae" sound during that  period.  See picture for song titles.  And Yes, the song "Voodoo Rizz" is a ripp off from the Hendrix song Voodoo Child.
