Products RECEIVED ARE discontinued products, expired items, Customer returns, Store  Mannequin display items (including clothing, shoes, accessories, customer try-on sizing samples)  items found to be flawed or considered as "2nds".They usually appear new, unworn, or unused. They arrive in big tubs, plastic bags, or boxes  just thrown in haphazardly.  

CONDITION of items 

An item  might have  a light  scuff or faint mark on them from being picked up and tried on  at the store, or from storage or transporting in  big bins and tubs.  Items may or may not have tags. Try-on shoe samples may have scuff, or slight soil on the bottom soles. A few companies have locations in outdoor swap meets and proper floor covering isn't always carpet or

 protective. .
