Yes, the title says "EXC+", but the Grading indicates "Like New".  (eBay does not allow the term "LIKE NEW" in a title.  Fun, huh??)

The LAST photo shows this BEAUTY before I became the first person to touch it since it left the Michigan Lionel Factory - It was still in the factory protective plastic bag (and is again.)

PERFECT in every way!  No details added.  Simply painted in satin black - ready for details and the final assembly process - but that simply did not happen.

Lettering on the cab is crisp and clear - "A.T. & S. F."
