Operating Instructions: Switch to preferred trigger level 1 (low 1.5kV) or 2 (high 2.5kV). It can be clipped onto fence wire (16 to 8 gauge) or tape (maximum 1.5 inches). A flashing indicator light indicates that the fence voltage is too low. The actual voltage required for triggering may vary slightly depending on the fence structure. To test the fence alarm, remove it from the fence or turn off the pulse generator. The fence alarm should flash within 10 seconds. If the indicator light is dim or does not flash, replace the batteries.

The rugged, shockproof, and housing is compatible with all pulse generators and requires no grounding or external power supply.

If the voltage is too low, use a troubleshooter or digital voltmeter to troubleshoot.
