time. Shipment drop-off locations are closed on weekends, any orders processed
on Friday will ship out the following Monday. If you

> CANADA TO USA TARIFFS. As
of March 4, USA has implemented tariffs on goods being shipped from CA to USA. These
new tariffs will be applied to goods produced in Canada or Mexico that are sold
to buyers in the United States, valued at US$800 or more, regardless of
item condition. The amount may vary but estimated at 25% or more. These will
show up in the form of duties and taxes on shipments at the border and will
require payment to be delivered to USA customers. Please be prepared for these
extra expenses.
RETURN POLICY
* 30 day return warranty for US/CAN buyers. Returns for products
purchased must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. The
returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in
sellable condition. *
If the return is due to:
> Damage or an incorrect shipment please contact us with photos of
the product attached and send the item back for a full refund.
> An item that was ordered incorrectly, or is simply no longer
needed, customer support may ask you to ship it to us at your expense, and we
will issue a refund less the cost of handling & shipping the item to you.
To ensure the returns go as quickly as possible, please ensure that your invoice number is included when you contact us.
