This is a vintage 10k yellow gold chain necklace with a 10k yellow gold heart pendant. There are 16 small round diamonds on the heart pendant. The back of the pendant is marked 10k and JTW. The 10k gold chain is 22" long. The spring ring clasp is marked "10K. The pendant and chain weigh 3.4 grams on my gram scale.
