Please note we are unable to guarantee any paint code matches. Paint can age differently due to factors such as storage, usage, UV exposure etc. Please factor in re-painting when purchasing any painted panels.

If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a replacement part where possible.
Please make sure all parts are inspected before signing to certify the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier objects, simply write "DAMAGED" and do not sign. This is to ensure, if necessary, that a claim can be made against the courier company. "UNCHECKED/UNEXAMINED" will not cover this. If an item has been signed for, we cannot process any claim with the courier company. If on inspection the item is impaired, do not sign for it and contact us as soon as possible.
All our parts are marked or stamped. Any parts with these markings removed or tampered with will invalidate your warranty.
Please note we ship to UK mainland only; some remote postcodes (highlands etc) may be subject to higher courier costs on heavy items. Please contact prior to purchase with your postcode for any additional postage costs.
Overseas buyers are to arrange shipment of items bought. We can package items ready for collection, packing costs will be added to do so.

For items that are purchased for collection we would require the eBay collection code they provide to release the item, if this is not available the buyer would need to message on eBay whilst on site stating they are here and have collected / received the item purchased for us to release.
If a part is supplied correctly by Gadbury Auto Salvage but the customer has made an error, the part must be returned to us at the cost of the customer within 30 days of receiving.
Delivery will not be refunded, and a 20% fee will then be charged.
If a part is proven to be incorrect or faulty, customer must notify us within 48 hours. If a replacement is not available, we can offer a refund but cannot cover labour. The item must be returned to us before the refund can be processed.
Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.
The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or modifications. The warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.
To return an item, please select "return item" and the reason "I changed my mind" for the return to be accepted.
