Order Cancelation 

If the order is not shipped, then we can cancel it and refund you but once the shipping label is purchased and/or the item is handed to the carrier, then it is no longer eligible for a cancellation or refund. If delivery is rejected because it was too late to cancel the order then read the section titled “Rejection of Delivery Disclaimer” for how your order will be handled if you reject the delivery of it.

Fundamental Rules for Items Sold as Used, New and Working/Tested

 The radio(s) are fully tested and guaranteed working if sold as tested and working.

All radio(s) are tested at least 3 times before being shipped

All shipping, refurbishing or testing are all reported and on video

NO RETURNS does not mean we won’t take care of courteous buyers, if there are issues with your product, then message us so we can come to a resolution.  

Rejection of Delivery Disclaimer

If items are attempted to be delivered and rejected by the buyer it is not our responsibility and you will NOT be REFUNDED, if we receive the item back then the buyer will have the option to request shipment again but that is completely at the buyers expense. You have 7 days to request for a re-shipment, after a week (7 days) we have not heard from you, your item will be disposed of and thrown into the trash. We will not keep your item.     

Return Policy

This Listing is NO RETURNS so please don’t reject delivery of the item if you change your mind before the item(s) arrive because you are solely responsible. NO RETURNS means NO RETURNS and there are no loop holes to getting a refund as all shipping and packing is fully logged and recorded. All procedures are all done in a by the book order and all false claims will be proven so if fraudulent claims are to be opened on the buyers behalf. 

Item Delivery Rejection & Fraudulent Buyer Claims

If you reject a delivery of an item that is non-returnable and we receive the item back, it will be shipped back on the buyer's expense and if any buyer rejects the shipping expenses then the item is going into the trash and NO REFUND will be issued. Buyers and sellers are required to do all transactions on ebay terms and if it says NO RETURNS then that's what it is. Please don’t message us with threats of leaving bad feedback or disputes of credit card charges because all evidence will be presented to the credit card processor. 

Item Condition Breakdown 

If an item is sold as FOR PARTS/UNTESTED then it is self explanatory. Don’t message us return requests saying it doesn't work because this is not a buy it and return if it doesn't work type platform. If you buy it you are taking a gamble on whether it works or not, thus its being sold FOR PARTS/UNTESTED.
