Offered is an incredibly rare Chicago Bears vs Boston Yankees pre-season exhibition football game played on September 5, 1946 at Braves field. According to some research believed to be accurate the Bears beat the Yankees by a score of 42 to 7. The 1946 Bears went onto to win the NFL Championship with greats like coach George Halas and players Sid Luckman, Bulldogs Turner, Joe Stydahar, George McAfee, Ed Sprinkle, Hugh Gallarneau, Ken Kavanaugh, etc. A very rare ticket stub from the Bears Championship season. How many people could have attended a pre-season game back then and how many tickets even exist to this game? The rare stub was fould in a scrapbook and has a couple of tape stains. See photos.
