This pin was part of the 16 pin set given out at the 2001 Walt Disney World 100 Years of Magic press event.  It features the Playhouse  Disney attraction from Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Only available as part of the press exclusive pin set.  In excellent condition.   Pinpics 10519.  The whole set is Pinpics 8525.
