Verification (on request): The Seller may apply Buyer verification on any order. Valid proof of residence from the Buyer MUST be provided on request. Failure to respond or provide this evidence shall likely invalidate the order and possibly lead to the reporting of the Buyer to eBay and other authorities (e.g. the Police). Where, the Buyer must accept that the information given in the sale will be shared with such authority.

On purchasing this item, the Buyer ACCEPTS this as a condition of sale. Where, failure to verify the name and address as given for the order shall remain the fault of the Buyer, and whom may further be held as invalid (by the Seller) and unto successful verification. Noting, remaining invalid shall likely instigate legal action on registrants of the address(es) given (by or associated with the Buyer).

Claims: All claims are treated as legally binding. Claims made by unverified and underage Buyers (e.g. Buyers under 18) are treated as illegitimate, and shall likely instigate legal action. Where, such instigation shall substitute the product, and is valued in excess of the total amount paid. False, and incorrectly filed claims shall also invalidate the claim(s) made, and with it any good reason given. For a valid claim, the Buyer must return all items received in the condition they arrived, and with it the original invoice. Where, the Buyer is solely responsible for retaining evidence of the arrival condition. Noting, a Buyer may be held liable for the return condition or content of a return, and following any outcome or decision by eBay.

Returns are accepted in this listing (within 14 days of receipt) at the Buyer's cost of return. If the Buyer is unsatisfied, please raise the appropriate return to avoid legal action. The silicone skin, packaging and original invoice must be retained for this period to be eligible to return (after this trial use). Please DO NOT remove or discard any of these items of content. Noting, Damages (accidental or otherwise) are not covered under the Seller's return Policy (and will void return, or lead to further claim, e.g. Court claim).
