Universal Mechanical Prosthetic Finger (Single Finger)

This is a universal mechanical prosthetic finger designed for partial finger amputations (remaining last phalanx). It is an assistive mechanical device and cannot replace a real biological finger.

Product Materials

Main Frame: 7075 Aluminum Alloy (Aerospace-grade), black anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance.
Backplate, Base, Finger Shell: High-strength nylon material.
Finger Tip: Food-grade silicone, handmade molding (minor surface imperfections may occur but do not affect function).
Strap: 20mm universal adjustable strap.

Assembly Options

Self-Assembly: Finger parts are shipped separately, allowing micro-adjustments for a more personalized fit.

Pre-Assembled: Finger is fully assembled and ready to use upon arrival.

Backplate Information

The universal backplate supports three installation positions for adjustment.
If ordering one finger or multiple fingers for the same hand, only one backplate will be included.
For different hands, please place separate orders.

Additional Finger Pricing

If multiple fingers are ordered for the same hand (excluding thumb), each additional finger will cost USD 350 per finger.

Thumb fingers are not included in this pricing and require separate customization. Thumbs must be individually customized due to structural and fit differences.

Thumb Customization

Thumb fingers require customization. Please provide a 3D scan file to ensure proper fit and compatibility.

Size Options & Compatibility

Please choose according to the length of your remaining finger segment:

Extended Size: 11.5 cm (4.53 in) total length, fits up to 6.5 cm (2.56 in) remaining finger.
Standard Size: 10.5 cm (4.13 in) total length, fits up to 5.5 cm (2.17 in) remaining finger.
Short Size: 9.5 cm (3.74 in) total length, fits up to 4.5 cm (1.77 in) remaining finger.

How to Measure (Important)

Please contact us before placing your order and provide photos for confirmation:

Bend the remaining finger segment as much as comfortably possible and send a clear photo. This helps evaluate flexibility and usability.
Provide measurement photos with a ruler showing:
- The complete (healthy/intact) finger for comparison.
- The remaining or affected finger segment, measured from the base of the hand to the fingertip of the remaining part.

These photos will help confirm sizing and compatibility before production begins.
