Pre-owned and used figure. This item has a textured crackle surface that appears to have some scuffs although that may be characteristic of the designers style. The figure is missing a black cat mask that is supposed to go in the figures hand. The top of the figure is coated in black glitter, and seems to transfer when touched. Overall good condition, sold as is, see pictures for further reference.

Selling a figure produced by Bethany Lowe Designs and is called "Party Goater." This is a retired figure and is no longer being made. The figure is of a pumpkin man dressed in a clown-like Halloween costume and riding a goat. The figure is about 8" tall, 2.5" wide, and 6" in length.
