Combined Shipping
We will combine shipping for orders over a period of up to 5 days. If you are purchasing multiple items please send us a note so that we can combine multiple orders at a time. We offer a 30-day return policy for the reasons outlined in this, “Return Policy”. All returns require an RMA number or the return will not be processed. Contact us via eBay messenger, for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and to begin the return process.
NOTE: Included in all shipments are instructions relating to the return process, and all cards are encased in our serialized shrink wrap. If the shrink wrap seal is broken, the item(s) are no longer returnable. That wrap is there for both of our protection and to ensure the cards shipped are the cards from the listing photos. Once the seal is broken the chain of custody, can no longer be established thereby the item(s) are no longer returnable.
To obtain an RMA, returns are processed for the following reasons:
1. We ship you the wrong item(s) by mistake.
2. The items appear to be damaged, with no sign of damage to the packaging.
3. The item(s) appear significantly different than the item(s) in the listing.
4. The item(s) was unintentionally/accidentally misrepresented in the listing in one or more of the following capacities:
a. Information in the Title was incorrect;
b. Information in the Description was incorrect;
c. Images were incorrect;
When requesting a return for the item(s), please include the following images when requesting the RMA.
Images of the packaging - All sides
Images of the cardboard that surrounded the card(s)
Images of the card in the penny sleeve and top loader/semi-rigid, with the shrink wrap intact.
Images of any damage up close, with the shrink wrap intact.

The Return Process
When shipping returns back to us, please make every attempt to secure and protect the item(s) as we did in the original shipment so that the item(s) are not damaged or further damaged in transit back to us. When purchasing the return label, please be sure to obtain a tracking number and shipping insurance for the value of them in case something were to happen (i.e. item(s) are lost or damaged). If tracking and insurance not obtained, we are not able to issue a refund or process a return without the items, or in the same condition as presented when the return was requested.
Once we have received and inspected the item/items, we will process your return/exchange/. If there is an issue with your return, someone from our returns team will contact you to discuss options.
Reasons Returns are Not Accepted
Buyer’s Remorse, we understand, in the excitement of eBay, people get caught up in the excitement, but it is not a valid reason to return the item(s).
The packaging was damaged, but you accepted the package anyways. If the card is damaged due to shipping that is no one’s fault but the shipper. That’s why we ship items fully insured.
A disagreement with a graded of a card, or you disagree with the authentication of an item, that was authenticated by a credible third party. Examples are, PSA, BGS, and so on. We don’t grade or authenticate items. If you have this type of issue, I suggest you contact that company directly.
If you have questions regarding our Return policy, please contact us before bidding or submitting an offer. If you bid on or submit an offer for one of the items we have listed, we will assume you are aware of these policies and you accept them.
We ship orders 6 days a week and the daily cutoff time for same day order processing is 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Shipping Notes
This item will ship via USPS, with the card in a brand-new penny sleeve, and new top loader or a Card Saver II, completely surrounded by cardstock. We only ship items fully insured and as we tell everyone, if the package looks damaged, please refuse the shipment, when we get it back, we will inspect the item and contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. No one wants a damaged card, but it happens, that is why we fully insure all shipments. Let USPS pay for your new card if the damage it, not us.
Packaging, Insurance: All items are packed in a specific way, and fully insured. We document the order packing process for both of our protection and on higher priced orders, Signature is Mandatory, or the item will not be delivered.
Card Packaging: All Cards are packaged in a new Penny Sleeve, and then in a new Top Loader or Card Saver II (on request), then fully incased in Corrugated Cardboard, taped completely shut to prevent the card(s) from movement during shipping. Once sealed by an employee and verified by a supervisor, the card(s) will be placed into a bubble mailer or custom box for shipping.
Card Packaging Documentation: We video tape the packing process for all card sales. During packaging cards are sealed by an employee and then verified by a supervisor prior to shipping to ensure the correct card is packaged and to ensure the condition matches the listing.
Taking Delivery: When you receive your package from us, if the packaging is damaged in any way, it is best to refuse the package. In this case, the shipper will return the package to us, we will open and inspect it and if everything is fine, we can repack it and send it right back out. We know you expect the card(s) to arrive safe a sound, but that doesn’t always happen. Not a problem, we will fix it or make it right. So remember, if something looks off, refuse it.
Shipping Forwarders: If you live outside the US, we will be happy to ship to you, but only via the eBay Global Shipping Program. If we detect the shipping address on your order is a forwarder, we will cancel your order. We do not ship items to forwarders as we cannot be sure they will take the necessary steps to protect your items during the repacking or shipping process.

Item Availability, Inventory and Listings
At CardBreak, we strive to maintain a diverse selection of
items in our eBay store, as well as on the other platforms we use to sell items
entrusted to us by our consignors. While we make every effort to avoid
overlapping inventory across platforms, occasional overlaps may occur. In the
rare event that the same item is sold on two platforms at nearly the same time,
the order placed first will take priority. The other order will either be
canceled or, when possible, we will offer the buyer alternative options before
proceeding with the cancellation. With millions of cards in stock at any given
time, this is an uncommon issue.
We also take great care to ensure that all listings are 100%
accurate. However, mistakes can happen. If an order is placed and we discover
an error in the listing, we will contact the buyer before fulfilling the order.
At that time, we will explain the issue and allow the buyer to decide whether
to proceed with the purchase or cancel the order.
Shipping Policies
We ship orders 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). All orders
ship within 24 hours if your order is placed Sunday to Thursday, orders over
the weekend and after the cut-off Friday morning will ship on Monday. The
order cut-off time daily is 8:00 AM PST, orders after that time will
process for shipping the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to third-parties, aka forwarders. If you use
one of these services and the address is noticed by our systems or staff prior
to shipping, the order will be cancelled for address reasons.
Customers in Puerto Rico, make sure your address is
formatted properly in eBay. Often, we are unable to generate shipping labels
for Puerto Rican orders because of address formatting inconsistency. The best
way to check if your address is formatted correctly is by using the USPS
Address Verification Tool on USPS.com.
International Shipping
International shipping is available, buyers must contact us
prior to placing an order to get authorization. Majority of the time due to
system issues, high costs, international shipping via eBay will not be an
option. Contact us to check first.

Plain White Envelope (PWE)
PWE Shipping Notes
Items priced at $20.00 or less ship free via PWE (Plain
White Envelope). Cards are shipped in a new penny sleeve and a recycled
semi-rigid card holder, shrink-wrapped, and encased in cardstock for added
protection. Our proprietary shipping process has been thoroughly tested and is
100% reliable for protecting lower-value, standard-thickness cards.
However, due to the newer USPS automated sorting machines,
certain cards may be at higher risk of damage. If the card holds additional
value to you beyond its market price (e.g., completing a set, adding to your
personal collection, or potential grading), or if the card is thicker than
standard 20 Pt. cards or contains a patch/relic insert, we strongly recommend
upgrading to a more secure shipping option at checkout. USPS machines can
easily damage these types of cards.
PWE Shipping Disclaimer
Orders containing thicker cards (59 Pt. Or Higher) or cards
with a patch/relic or other fragile design features that are not upgraded to at
least the Standard Shipping / Non-Machinable option will not qualify for
damage-related return claims. These types of cards are not flexible and are
more likely to be damaged by USPS automated sorting machines. For cards that
meet this requirement, a note will be included in the item
description.
Upgrade Pricing: $2.00 and $0.65 for each
additional card
How they Ship: PWE in a new/like new penny
sleeve, inside a recycled Top Loader, in plastic, surrounded by thick card
stock and upgraded to bypass all USPS automated sorting machines that can

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Each
shipment includes a card with detailed return instructions should a return be
necessary. While we accept returns for most reasons, requests based on buyer's
remorse or price changes after purchase are not eligible.
To initiate a return, simply submit a return request through
the eBay order system, and we will guide you through the process.
Important Notes
· Refunds are
issued after we receive the returned item(s) and verify, using proprietary
methods, that the item matches what was originally shipped and meets our return
requirements.
· If any
discrepancies are found during the verification process, we reserve the right
