Our infill blocks are now manufactured using professional injection moulding and industrial-grade plastic. That means a flawless, smooth surface with zero layer lines. Consistent density. Superior strength. They won’t absorb water, won’t deform in summer heat, and won’t degrade after years on the roof. If you’re sealing a skylight, you want materials that stay dimensionally stable — not ones that swell, shrink, or fail.

• Perfect Fit for Maxxair Fan: Our infill blocks are designed to sit flush with Maxxair fans. Unlike bulkier 50mm alternatives that sit awkwardly proud of the roof surface, our 45mm profile offers a neater, cleaner installation.

• Compatible with Standard Skylights: Ideal for 400mm x 400mm roof vents typically found on Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, and Citroën Relay campervans. Please check your vent dimensions before ordering.

• Intentionally Thinner for Proper Sealing: Our infills are slightly thinner than the roof to leave a deliberate sealing margin. This space is essential for Sikaflex application and waterproofing — a fully flush fit would leave no room for proper sealant adhesion. Please do not expect a completely flush fit as pictured.

• 12 Blocks per Order — Standard Skylight Coverage: Each order includes 12 white infill blocks. A standard centrally fitted skylight typically requires 6 blocks; larger or offset installations may need more. This 12-pack covers two standard skylights or one larger installation. • Waterproof Installation Recommendation: For best results, apply Sikaflex directly to the roof surface, position the infills, seal around the unit, apply a second layer of Sikaflex, then fit the skylight for a watertight finish.
