Our company Torre Bavaria S.A. in Jacò Costa Rica is for sale.

This room is also used for the disposal of waste water.

There is a parking space in front of the house for visitors or residents.

Originally, a discotheque, a casino, apartments and a helipad on the roof were planned.

By 1995, the construction costs had already reached 1.5 million US dollars.
