MICRO BL-91L Record Player with Ortofon RMG309 Long Arm, Includes Shipping Screws
This player features a perimeter-driven belt drive system and is designed specifically for long-arm players.
The arm base is compatible with the MICRO A-1500 series, and the separately sold C-91L dust cover can be
installed.
In addition to the original aluminum die-cast platter, the original 8kg gunmetal platter RT-2000G from the MICRO RX-2000 can also be used.
This time, we set up the Ortofon RMG309 long arm with the MICRO RB-5 rest.
Paired with the G shell, it produces fantastic sound.
☆Condition
Each part has been polished and cleaned.
The dust cover has been polished with a special abrasive depending on the level of scratches, and a polished finish has been applied to enhance clarity.
The arm, platter, and metal parts have been polished to remove any dirt or rust.
Dust Cover/Control Plate/Platter/Rubber Mat
- The covers are clean and clear with no noticeable damage.
- The arm base has a glossy finish with only minor scuffs and tarnish,
and the rubber mat is soft and in good condition with no signs of deterioration or warping.
The platter is shiny and in good condition.
The platter is also shiny, but some minor metal tarnish remains.
Cabinet
- There are linear marks on the top where the platter is placed.
Other than that, there is no significant damage, and the cabinet is shiny.
- The hinges remain open without any damage.
- The rubber inside the insulator is elastic and functioning without any deterioration.
Tonearm
- There are no noticeable scratches, and the tonearm is shiny and clean. There are no dents or bends in the pipe, and the weight shaft is not broken.
Overall, the condition is good.
Considering its age, we consider it to be in good condition.
☆Operation
The item has been aged for half a day to a full day to ensure proper operation.
In preparation for this listing, we have performed a comprehensive maintenance and operational check.
We measured the electronic parts, oiled the spindle, cleaned all contacts, and adjusted all components.
It is in perfect condition for safe use.
Turntable
It works perfectly, rotates normally, and has 33/45 RPM switching and speed adjustment.
Stable rotation has been confirmed using a stroboscope.
・The pulley operates normally using the ON/OFF knob.
・The light works without any issues.

Tonearm
It works perfectly, producing better sound from both the left and right channels.
・Stylus pressure and height adjustments work without issue.
