This is a brown (more brown in real life) pipe rack of Syroco wood.  It has a horse and 2 dogs looking over a fence, and there is room to hold 4 pipes.  It is 6 3/4" tall at the horse's ears, 9 1/2" long and 3 1/2" deep.  It is heavy.

Condition is good.  There are small flakes to the wood on the horses ears, on the tips and on the back.  Syroco wood usually left the backs and bottoms of their pieces unfinished.
