The screen is compatible with the following model numbers from the Philips pasta maker. The rear two numbers can be arbitrary. We will answer you promptly and say which matrices will fit with you. POM is the abbreviation for polyoxymethylene, a guaranteed food -real plastic. It is exactly the same material that the Philips Pastamaker matrices are also used. Pom has the advantage that it doesn't weigh much and that you can put the matrices into the dishwasher for cleaning. Please note that the matrices are manufactured with micropolas. This is an elaborate procedure that enables filigree shapes. But small scratches from production and smaller chips can be present, these are inevitable when using POM. It is always advisable to admit a little more liquid than the pastamaker shows and only use cold liquids. The dough should be moist. We recommend the following standard recipe:
- 250 g durum wheat semolina or Semola Rimacinata
Select one of the following ingredients:
- 100 ml of cold water or
- 110 ml of liquid consisting of 2 eggs, rest of water, slightly whisked

Avoid flour, better replace with semolina.
