Mu-tron Micro V is an advanced envelope-controlled filter device designed specifically for the musician who wants a touch-controlled wah effect. Micro V uses a sophisticated circuit design to achieve simplicity and ease of operation without compromising sound quality.
The standard version includes a Filter Range switch and a variable Filter Range / Sensitivity control. However, these two controls allow a wide range of effects suitable for a funky bass guitar, a screaming lead guitar, or anything in between – including electric keyboards and electrified wind instruments.
The Madbean Kraken variation includes two additional controls, Attack and Decay;
Attack: This control lets you dial in finer adjustments to the attack of the envelope. It is interactive with the Range pot.
Decay: This control determines how long it takes for the envelope to sweep the filter. Higher settings yield longer decay times.
