It powered up during testing but will need a new battery.  It may need a new water gasket.  Please inspect before putting in water.  The watch does need cleaning and or polishing.  There are scratches on the crystal and micro scratches on the band.  Has plate wear on band.  I am trying to increase my item description rating.  It is very difficult when it comes to used watches.    Used watches are somewhat unpredictable even after a purchase.  It is used may have accuracy issues.   If I noticed a problem I would be sure to let you know.
