Card in picture is the actual cards winner will receive.  Just consolidating the PC some.  These cards were from the base insert set "Hyped", but the Rapinoe card was Short Printed.  Not exactly sure of the full story at the moment, but I do know they were hard to come by and don't see them come up for sale all that often.
