Peak Medical Solutions specializes in providing high-quality medical equipment. Based in Northern New Jersey, we ship nationwide and have supported many local health businesses. We also perform biomedical safety inspections and equipment rental services.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping cost is calculated by zip code and is available at the top of the page. Note: some items may include free or flat fixed-rate shipping.
- We ship within three (3) business days after payment is cleared.
- Shipping methods: Our main carrier of choice is FedEx Ground Economy. But we are flexible; please reach out to us.
- International shipping: Available through eBay International Shipping features only. If available outside of eBay's program, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs fees, and import duties.
- Combined shipping: Available for multiple items purchased within (5) days. Contact us for a combined invoice.
- Freight quotes will be provided promptly upon request, or one can select Local Pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly. Additionally, we offer and will quote palletization services upon request. Please contact us to request a quote and have this charge added to your invoice.
- Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Payment Policy
- All payments are managed by eBay's managed payments program. Please contact eBay with any payment issues.
- All payments must be received before any order is shipped.
- Payment must be received within seven (7) days of any purchase; orders are automatically cancelled and restocked after seven (7) days without payment.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
- Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days of receiving the returned item.
