The holographic swirl is in the top right corner/border of the card (picture 3) This was pulled directly from pack/box and put into a toploader and penny sleeve after pulling. The card pictured are the card you will receive.

It went from pack, to sleeve/toploader, and into a safe for 20+ years, only to be brought back out and put into a new sleeve/toploader, which is what the first two pictures are. Any newer Never Played cards were handled less than 5 times, and simply went from pack to sleeve/toploader and stored in a safe until ready to be sold.
