Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, pyroxene hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions: The powder can be taken directly into the mouth (swallowed) or mixed in a glass (100-200 ml) of water and the solution drunk. Adults and children over 10 years of age should take 1 sachet per day after meals.

Suitable for pregnant and lactating women, vegans, vegetarians and diabetics.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Store out of the reach of children, in a dry place and at a temperature not exceeding +30 ?C. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
