Please package the phone securely and use a shipping method with tracking.

3. We diagnose and repair your selected issue.
If another problem is discovered, we will contact you before performing any additional repair.

What This Service Covers

This service covers only the issue selected when ordering.

It does not include unrelated parts or problems involving the battery, charging port, screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, or other components.

• The phone is severely bent or physically damaged

• The phone has liquid/water damage

90-Day Warranty

Successful repairs include a 90-day warranty for the specific issue repaired.

The warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage, unrelated problems, abuse, or damage caused by later repair attempts.
