Hoppe HLS 9000 handle set for sliding doors with multipoint locks. Verona M151 lever handles with 2165N interior and exterior back plates. Active keyed outside with crescent knob inside. Fits Hoppe 2-point sliding door locks with 2 hooks. Used by Kolbe & Kolbe and others.

Notes
NOTE: This only fits Hoppe 2-point sliding door locks
INSTALLATION NOTE:
The back of the key cylinder has a FLAT metal tail piece that will rotate 180 degrees.
If the thumb turn works on the inside, but the key does not work on the outside the flat tail piece is 180 degrees out of rotation.
Remove handle set and rotate the tail piece 180 degrees and then reinstall handles.
