This is a size 38 (measurement is correct and from the top of the shorts to the bottom is 20 1/2 inches) blue polyester blend athletic flat front golf shorts from Greg Norman.  The shorts have been lightly worn and are in good condition with no marks, holes, stains,etc. Thanks!
