We are not a drop shipper. We pick out, package, and handle the record you are buying.

We ship our albums out with an outer sleeve, 2 cardboard stiffeners, and a 200 lb.-rated cardboard record mailer.

Condition/return disclaimer. Please read it before paying, please ask questions. We want to make sure you, as the buyer, understand what to expect and how we handle returns

If you want your record opened and shipped outside the cover to prevent cracking of the cover, please request that in your checkout notes. If you don't ask this and the cover arrives cracked, we cannot do anything. We are giving you this option. This also gives us a chance to inspect the new record to make sure there are no production defects.

While you are buying a new sealed record and we send out the best condition as possible in our stock, please make a note that it might have a small ding on a corner or mild shelf wear or tear on the shrink wrapping. We rate the new vinyl as excellent under eBay condition because of the possibility of these little blemishes. We will do our best to make sure you see good pictures of the cover. Please look at every picture just in case we miss something that was not noted. The pictures are part of the records sleeve condition; it is very important to look at them. Manufacturing defects on the vinyl record itself can happen, and that is different. We don't know if you will encounter a defect, but if you do, let us know as soon as possible. We understand that record jackets can get damaged by shipping. If your record gets damaged in shipping (smashed, creased, crunched, etc.) We require you to send it back in the original packaging that it was shipped in. We need this for insurance claims. Without it, we will not take a damage claim back to the post office, so don't throw it out, please. If you see damage to the packing like it was smashed, bent up, and creased, please let us know right away and not weeks later. We do not discount records if they get damaged unless you request it and it's within reason. Damaged record jacket claims must still be sealed. If you open the record and it has a defect in the vinyl, we ask that you notify us within 3 days of delivery. This is another reason we encourage buyers to have their albums opened and shipped outside of the record jacket. We have a very limited return window with our distributor to file a manufacturing claim. If you want insurance, please chose the upgraded shipping.

Overseas buyers, we cannot be responsible for damage done at customs. Depending on your country, it is possible that your package may be opened and inspected. We use eBay global shipping. We do not offer any other overseas shippers. Any lost mail to you will be referred to contact your vendor if they received your order
