This is a NWOT blue fleece lined puffer jacket, made by ARIAT, in a men's size XXL. It is made of 100% polyester and so is the lining and insulation. The length is-31" and across the chest-28".  It has a stand-up collar that the full length zipper goes up through and 2 pockets on the lower front with zipper closures. It is in excellent condition.
