Please be aware of fake charms being sold on ebay. If  the price looks "too good to be true", it probably is! I have been collecting Pandora for over 10 years and want nothing to do with fakes as it cheapens the brand. This not only hurts a company I have followed many years, but also my small business. All of my charms are AUTHENTIC Pandora (unless another brand which will be noted).

PLEASE NOTE ~ Pandora started using the S before the 925 in 2011 so charms made before then will not have the S.

Please be sure your address is correct in Paypal because I print my labels straight from your payment. If the address is wrong and your package comes back to me, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for it to be re-shipped. I can also issue a refund instead but it will be handled as a buyer's remorse return.

RETURN POLICY

 

I do offer a 14 day money back return policy if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once I have received the item I will send the refund minus a 20% restocking fee to recover shipping expenses, supplies and lost time in selling the item.

 

If it appears as though I have made an error, please contact me right away so we can work it out. If it is decided that I did make the error, I will send a pre-paid label and refund 100% of the payment upon receipt of the item.

Items MUST be returned in the original condition as when sent!!! If you ordered a brand new Pandora item that came with the barcode baggie, it must be returned with the item or I will not be able to accept the return.
