We pack our items very carefully and ship every day, USPS - Monday - Saturday, and UPS - Monday - Sunday. Some days we make two trips to Post Office.

If the item is broken during shipment, that is a different situation. If that happens please advise us immediately.
We will contact the carrier. The carrier may request to inspect the box and contents, please retain the box and all of the packing material for that inspection.
