Handheld Internal Expanding Type Beveller 220V
The portable pipe beveling machine is primarily designed for beveling or flat end face machining of metal pipe end faces with various angle requirements. It is especially suitable for industries including boilers, electric power, nuclear energy, shipbuilding, machinery, chemical, petroleum, and natural gas.
This machine addresses the challenge of preparing metal pipes for tube-to-tube or tube-to-plate welding, where pipe end faces are often rough or cut by air and cannot meet welding process requirements. According to welding technology and quality requirements, the beveling machine can process pipe end faces to form bevels in different shapes, such as U-shape and V-shape.
It is particularly convenient for directly processing end faces of long pipes, pipes in difficult-to-dismantle or non-dismantle positions on site, and pipes that cannot be machined by other processing equipment.
1. Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before moving the machine or removing the motor.
2. Read the operation manual carefully before use.
3. Keep hands, arms and fingers away from all rotating or moving parts.
4. Impact-resistant eye protection must be adopted while operating or working near the machine.
5. Protective gloves should be worn while operating the machine.

Measure the inner diameter of the pipe, select appropriate expansion blocks and install them on the expansion mechanism.
Select a suitable sharp cutter and install it on the cutter head.
Put the expansion mechanism into the pipe opening, and tighten the expansion nuts, so that the beveling machine and the pipe are rigidly connected.
Install the bevelling cutter with the appropriate angle.
Note: The cutting edge should be 3-5mm away from the pipe end, and does not to collide with the pipe so as not to damage the cutting edge as soon as the machine is started.
Plug the machine in the power supply, jog the motor switch, and observe whether the cutting edge touches the pipe.
Slowly rotate the axial feeding handle, so that the cutting edge makes contact with the highest point of the pipe. Start cutting.
Note: During machining, pay attention to the cutting state of the cutter and control the feed speed to avoid damaging the cutting edge and the transmission gear in the machine. When the machine vibrates or even spins during processing, the expansion nuts should be tightened in time.
After the beveling is finished, rotate the feed mechanism in the reverse direction and retract the cutter head to make the cutter leave the bevel surface.
Turn off the motor switch.
Note: Loosen the expansion mechanism and remove the machine under the condition of removing the cuter and ensuring that the machine will not fall down.
