How to Operate

Ⅰ. Lay the machine flat and fill it with oil, just enough to have oil dripping out(too much/too little oil will affect operation).

Ⅱ. Add 0# diesel fuel.

Ⅲ. Fill the pump head section with water just until there is water overflowing from the spout.

Ⅹ. Twist the red switch (turn to ON position).

Ⅴ. ①Adjust the throttle switch to the left.

② Adjust the air vent to the left.

③Adjust the oil switch to the right.

Ⅵ. Pull a small section of the pull disc line out first, and then pull the pull disc quickly to start the machine.

Ⅶ. Connect the water inlet pipe.

Ⅷ. Connect the water outlet.

Notes

• Please use the 0# diesel and guarantee the diesel is clean. Please use 10w40 lubricating oil and keep the oil quantity within the specified range.
• The air filter must be kept clean by cleaning or replacing the filter element regularly.
• Please read the user manual carefully before use and pay special attention to the safety precautions included.
• Please do not touch the high-temperature parts of the body. For the safety of you and others, please prohibit fireworks.
• The muffler outlet should not be facing the operator.
• The first time you use the break-in period of 5-10 hours, you need to change the oil, otherwise the impurities in the oil during the break-in period will jam the crankshaft.
• When diesel engine is in continuous operation, crankcase temperature must not exceed 194°F and heating should be stopped for 15-20 minutes before continuing operation. When adding diesel fuel, it must be cooled before proceeding.
• Diesel engine is prohibited to stop at high speed, it should be stopped when the throttle is set to the lowest!
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you place the order.
