The book is still in good condition.  There is no writing or staining inside.  The book is tight. The CD is included and is also in good shape. There is an owner's sticker inside the front cover. NOTE: the book is cracking slightly at the spine at the last page...it's nothing major but it is a little weak in that spot.

The item is an ex-library book, so it has a plastic cover on it along with a bar code and a card sleeve inside the back cover.  There is a sticker on the spine and there are the typical ink stamps scattered throughout.
