I bought these cables 20 years ago from university surplus.   This cable is used to connect a VTR (video tape recorder) such as the Sony U-matic to a monitor.  The connectors are called EIAJ 8 pin connector or Honda connector (Honda was the first to make these in the 1960's).  This one is made by SMK.

 

The cable is about 10 feet long and weighs 6 ounces.   I will ship Ground Advantage USPS in a Padded Envelope.
