Shipping to the US

If you do not have a valid US Taxpayer Identification Number or EORI number, we cannot ship to the US, as your package may be returned by customs.

Shipping of crocodile, lizard, and snake leather

Some product photos may show the watch with a crocodile, lizard, or snake leather strap.
These images are included because we also offer domestic shipping within Japan, where such straps can be included.
The photos are intended to accurately show the condition of the item.

However, due to export restrictions under the Washington Convention (CITES), we are unable to ship these leather straps internationally.
If the strap is made of crocodile, lizard, or snake leather, it will be removed before shipping, and it will not be included in the package.

Shipping of Shell

Products that contain shell materials such as Mother of Pearl — used in dials or decorative parts — are subject to import restrictions by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).

We ship out quartz watches after checking that they are working, but there may be cases where the battery runs out during shipping.

About the Included Box

If a branded box is not shown in the listing photos, the item will be shipped in a non-branded box used for protective packaging purposes.
