Reproduction of the original style crankshaft damper (harmonic balancer) designed to replace the original on 1969 Mustangs with 351W engines. Your original crankshaft damper should be replaced whenever problems arise. After many years of use the damper will lose its ability to function properly. The engine could be damaged if the damper isnt functioning properly causing significant problems with the engine and the crankshaft. Replacing the crankshaft damper will result in a longer life for the crankshaft and less engine issues associated with unnecessary vibration in the crankshaft. Designed for 351W engines (4 Bolt hub).
