We will deliver your ordered items to your game. Here is the procedure:
1. Before entering the game, please place all equipment and items from your "Equipment" slot into your stash. Ensure your backpack, quick slots, equipment slots, and safe pocket are empty. This will prevent you from losing any items when your character dies.
2. You and our staff will play the game together. Once the game starts, our staff will place your ordered item on the ground. Please pick up all of them. :)
3. After picking up the item, please place the most valuable item in your safe pocket (items in the safe pocket will not be lost upon character death). Then we will retreat through the hidden gate. It is a short and safe trip. In most time, it will cost only about 1 to 2 mins with no enemy encountering. Our staff will accompany you. He has the key to the hidden gate and will let you retreat first. Please follow him.

The customized order works like this:
1. You give us your requirements, we will check in our network and give you an estimate of the item (price and time). E.g., a specific item is $100, and we need 12 hours to prepare it.
2. If you agree with the estimate, you can then pay via the customized link. If the link is $5, you need to order 20 items. 20*5=$100.
3. Once we receive the payment, we will start to prepare the order. We will deliver it to you in the 12 hours after payment.
